Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and JMFLabs ("JMFLabs," "we," "us," or "our") governing GLP-1 Journey Log (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for activity under it. Information you provide must be accurate and kept current.

The App is a personal wellness and recordkeeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing instructions, or emergency services.

App estimates, reminders, projections, trends, and summaries are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not start, stop, delay, or change medication or treatment based on the App. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical conditions, symptoms, medications, and treatment decisions.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the App for urgent or time-sensitive care.

You decide what information to record and are responsible for its accuracy. You are also responsible for maintaining independent records needed for medical care and for protecting access to your device. The App should not be your only record of treatment information.

Your use of the App and our handling of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Some features may require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Prices, billing periods, trials, and available plans are shown before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Apple handles billing and refund requests under its terms and policies. JMFLabs cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

We may change subscription prices or features where permitted. Apple will provide any notice or consent process required for price changes.

You may not:

• Use the App unlawfully or to harm, threaten, or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass security, access restrictions, or subscription controls.
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App except as allowed by law.
• Introduce malware, interfere with the App, or access systems without authorization.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the App.

JMFLabs and its licensors own the App, website, software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content, excluding information you enter. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

You retain your rights in information you enter. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to operate and support the App as described in the Privacy Policy.

The App depends on third-party services, including Apple, Clerk, RevenueCat, PostHog, and Dub. Their services and terms are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, or changes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App, including features and subscription offerings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost. You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." JMFLabs disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMFLabs and its owners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the App or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to JMFLabs for the App during the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms are between you and JMFLabs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, maintenance, support, warranties, claims, or intellectual property matters. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with applicable Apple terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the laws where you live.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the App.

We may update these Terms. We will post revised Terms with a new effective date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
